The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe midsole and a shoe midsole using the same and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a shoe midsole and a shoe midsole using the same, wherein the midsole can have various designs and productivity can be improved. To this end, the method for manufacturing a shoe midsole according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing an upper midsole sheet, a lower midsole sheet, and an insertion member; forming, by grinding, an accommodation groove on at least one surface of the upper midsole sheet and the lower midsole sheet by using a grinding wheel such that the insertion member can be accommodated between corresponding surfaces on which the upper midsole sheet and the lower midsole sheet come in contact with each other; and obtaining a midsole by inserting the insertion member into the accommodation groove and by stacking and bonding the upper midsole sheet and the lower midsole sheet.
