The present invention relates to a biomarker set for the diagnosis of breast cancer, comprising two or more protein markers from among apolipoprotein C1, apolipoprotein (a), neural cell adhesion molecule L1-like protein, carbonate dehydratase 1, and fibronectin, to a method for detecting the biomarker set in a blood sample using a multiple reaction monitoring method, to a breast cancer diagnostic kit comprising an antibody specific to the protein of the biomarker set, and to a method for detecting the protein of the marker set in blood using an antigen-antibody binding reaction. The method for detecting a protein marker set for the diagnosis of breast cancer in a blood sample using an MRM method or an antigen-antibody binding reaction and the diagnostic kit for breast cancer according to the present invention not only exhibit excellent diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy as compared to diagnostic methods using a single marker, but also enable the diagnosis of breast cancer in a significantly simple manner using the blood of a patient, and therefore can be effectively used in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
