The present invention relates to a method for isolating the hepatitis A virus or the spring viraemia of carp virus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for isolating the hepatitis A virus or spring viraemia of carp virus, which comprises the steps of: (a) producing a probe for a virus by conjugating magnetic bead-linked protein G with an anti-hepatitis A virus antibody or an anti-rhabdovirus antibody; (b) forming a probe/virus conjugate by contacting the virus probe with a sample to be analyzed; and (c) isolating the probe/virus conjugate. According to the present invention, the hepatitis A virus or spring viremia of carp virus can be isolated from a sample in which various viruses are mixed.
