The proposed invention relates to the field of aviation, and also to other technical fields stipulating the use of aerodynamic surfaces, for example to the field of wind-power technology, and makes it possible to increase the aerodynamic qualities of an aircraft, or of another analogous technological object, while maintaining the overall reliability thereof. The proposed method for increasing the lift of an aerodynamic airfoil provides for the formation of a confuser laterally and along the leading (confuser) edge of the airfoil using an existing aerodynamic airfoil, primarily an aircraft wing, and at least one additional aerodynamic profile. The aerodynamic airfoil comprises an existing aerodynamic airfoil and at least one additional aerodynamic profile arranged relative to each other laterally and along the leading edge of the airfoil, thus forming the confuser.
