Provided is a novel small pole difference magnetic field coupling type eccentric magnetic gear pair with transverse magnetic field, which can be widely applied in wind power generation, electric automobiles, ship drive and other industrial transmission fields requiring direct drive. It is characterized in that a magnetic gear pair is formed by a disc-shaped stator magnetic disc on which 2 Ps stator permanent magnets 1 are distributed and a disc-shaped planetary rotor on which 2Pr planetary rotor permanent magnets 2 are distributed. There is a relatively small difference between the numbers of pole pairs Ps and Pr and the numbers are relatively prime. The permanent magnets are coupled through an air gap transverse magnetic field between the stator and the planetary rotor, and the magnetic gear pair with small pole difference is connected to form an eccentric structure via an eccentric input shaft 3 sheathed inside a second bearing 12 and a third bearing 13. The eccentric input shaft 3 drives a planetary wheel 5 in rotation around an axis of rotation. The eccentrically rotating rotor permanent magnets 2 and the stator permanent magnets 1 drive the planetary rotor to rotate around its own axis in the reverse direction by means of magnetic field coupling, and in turn output low-speed self-rotation of the planetary wheel 5 via a hole pin output structure 7.
