A segmented dimming control circuit of electronic ballast used in a fluorescent lamp. A time-settable transition segment having a brightness level is used for switching between bright and dark brightness levels, wherein the transition segment brightness level is constant or gradually changing, which is realized by a circuit (4) control formed by a light adjusting control switch (K2), a time delay circuit (3) and the light adjusting signal. The segmented dimming control circuit for the electronic ballast for the fluorescent lamp has the following advantages that the segmented dimming mode using a transition segment with a constant or gradually changing brightness for switching between a high brightness and a low brightness can weaken the visual impact of the brightness switching operation on eyes of a user, and the circuit is simple in structure and easy to operate.
