In addition, the present invention further provides a rotation a constant power control system and rotatable engineering machinery used for implementing the control method. The control method and the control system of the present invention can achieve the following control objectives: during the weight rotation operation, the rotation velocity is fast with a light or close weight and is slow with a heavy or far weight according to different weights and working amplitude, hence guaranteeing high efficiency of rotation operation and maximum utilization of structural strength of the whole machine.
