LED LAMP WITH ELECTROSTATIC PROTECTION FUNCTION AND BACKLIGHT MODULE USING LED LAMP

An LED lamp with an electrostatic protection function and a backlight module using the LED lamp. The LED lamp comprises: a support (10), a light-emitting chip (20) mounted in the support (10), and a package sealant (30) packaging the light-emitting chip (20) in the support (10). The support (10) comprises a body (12), a first copper foil (14) and a second copper foil (16) arranged in the body (12), and a first conductive metal sheet (18) arranged in the body (12). The first copper foil (14) and the second copper foil (16) are electrically connected with the light-emitting chip (20) through two gold wires (142, 162), respectively, and the first conductive metal sheet (18) is arranged to be separated from the first copper foil (14) or the second copper foil (16), so that a capacitance is formed between the first copper foil (14) or the second copper foil (16) and the first conductive metal sheet (18). The LED lamp with an electrostatic protection function replaces the use of a Zener diode in the prior art by arranging the conductive metal sheet (18) near the cathode copper foil (14) or the anode copper foil (16) of the LED lamp, so as to increase the luminous intensity of the LED lamp, reduce the number of manufacture procedures and lower the production cost while effectively avoiding the burnout problem of the gold wires (142, 162) caused by static electricity.
