Disclosed are a fuel tank anti-theft apparatus and an anti-theft fuel tank equipped with the fuel tank anti-theft apparatus. The fuel tank anti-theft apparatus is provided on a fuel tank fuel filling port for preventing theft of fuel from the fuel tank fuel filling port. The fuel tank anti-theft apparatus comprises: a box body (1), with at least one first filter mesh (12) provided on at least one side wall of the box body (1); a fuel filling pipe (2) extending from the top face of the box body (1) to the outside of the box body (1), one end of the fuel filling pipe (2) being provided with a top cap (22) able to be detached and the other end of the fuel filling pipe (2) being connected to the box body (1). The interiors of the fuel filling pipe (2) and the box body (1) are in communication, the inside of the pipe body of the fuel filling pipe (2) being provided in a detachable fashion with a second filter mesh (23). Fuel is filled from the end of the fuel filling pipe (2) provided with the top cap (22), passes through the second filter mesh (23) and then flows into the box body (1), and passes through the first filter mesh (12) to enter the fuel tank. The fuel tank anti-theft apparatus and the anti-theft fuel tank equipped with the fuel tank anti-theft apparatus can both prevent theft and filter at the same time as ensuring ease of maintenance.
