The composition of a plasma electrolysis oxidation solution for ceramic-coating the surface of a magnesium alloy product according to the present invention is obtained by mixing a basic solution produced by adding 1~30% by weight of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), 1~10% by weight of zirconium potassium fluoride (K2ZrF6), 1~10% by weight of zirconyl chloride (ZrOCl2), 1~5% by weight of spinel (MgAl2O4), 1~15% by weight of potassium ferricyanide (K3[Fe(CN)6]) and 1~20% by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) to 100% by weight of water with potassium hydroxide (KOH) and sodium tetra silicate (Na2Si4O9 or Na2O·4SiO2), wherein 4~7g of potassium hydroxide and 2~9g of sodium tetra silicate is mixed with each liter of the basic solution.
