The present invention provides a cloud-storage-based file processing method and a cloud-storage-based file processing system. The method comprises: a cloud server receiving a triggering request from a mobile terminal, the triggering request being a cloud processing task request triggered by the mobile terminal; the cloud server performing a corresponding processing operation according to the triggering request; and when the triggering request is an uploading request, selecting a file needing to be uploaded from a cloud storage space of the cloud server, and transmitting the selected file to a target site. In the present invention, the cloud server finishes file processing such as downloading and uploading in place of a user, and assists the user in finishing a network file sharing process, so that the influence of an access point environment and the influence of the performance of a mobile phone on file uploading and downloading processes are avoided, and the mobile phone traffic of the user is saved in the processes.
