The method involves producing a paraffinic effluent by a Fischer-Tropsch process from synthesis gas, hydrotreating a portion of the paraffin effluent, and mixing the effluent with a feed from a renewable source in the presence of hydrogen (4) and a hydrotreating catalyst. A portion of the water is removed from the effluent. The hydroisomerization/hydrocracking of the effluent is performed in the presence of hydrogen and a hydroisomerization/hydrocracking catalyst. The distillation of the effluent is performed for separating a distillate fraction unit.
