(In the formula, each of ring A and ring B independently represents a group having a cyclic structure; each of RI and RII independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group having 1-12 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 1-12 carbon atoms; L represents a direct bond, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and each of aI and aII independently represents an integer of 0-6.)
