Provided is a film for suppressing radiation heat transfer. When the film is used in a state such that the film is fixed on a housing provided with a heat generator therein, the film can suppress the temperature increase of the heat generator, prevent the occurrence of heat spots on the surface of the housing, and suppress the surface temperature increase of the housing. Also provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for suppressing radiation heat transfer, said sheet containing the film. The film for suppressing radiation heat transfer comprises both a far-infrared absorption/heat storage layer and a thermo- conductive layer, wherein the far-infrared absorption/heat storage layer exhibits a far-infrared absorptance of 0.8 or more in a far-infrared wavelength region of 7.5 to 9.5μm and a thermal conductivity of 0.06W/m·K or less and the thermoconductive layer exhibits a far-infrared absorptance of 0.4 or less in a far-infrared wavelength region of 7.5 to 9.5μm and a thermal conductivity of 0.1W/m·K or more.
