Provided is a marine vessel denitration system capable of supplying electric power to an ammonia producing device that produces ammonia for use in denitration, while keeping energy consumption low. The system includes an ammonia producing device (2) supplied with electric power from a marine vessel electric power system (30); an SCR catalyst unit (4) that performs denitration of exhaust gas; a hybrid turbocharger that generates electric power using exhaust gas energy from a main engine (3) and supplies the electric power to the marine vessel electric power system (30); a shaft generator motor (13) capable of operating to generate electric power to be supplied to the marine vessel electric power system (30) and assisting a propeller shaft (10) when driven by electric power supplied from the marine vessel electric power system (30); and a power management system (72) that controls an electric power supply to the ammonia producing device (2), an electric power output from the hybrid turbocharger, and an electric power supply to and an electric power output from the shaft generator motor (13).
