The seal system (200) comprises plastic sealing sheets (3) that are laid, machined, threaded and overlapped with each other, for covering full area of an inner surface (22) of a concrete side wall (1) of a silo plant (100). Several fastening elements are arranged in grid manner, for mechanically fastening the plastic sealing sheets at inner surface of the concrete sidewall of the silo plant. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) silo plant; (2) method for manufacturing seal system; and (3) method for checking tightness state of silo plant.
