The processing system according to the invention is reliable, as well as easy and quick to implement. For this purpose, this system comprises: - at least one element of the suture (20), made of a material bio - resorbable and comprising two branches (21, 22) which are connected permanently to one another elastically deformable manner and which have respective free ends (21 a, 22a) adapted to be fixed to one another by cooperating with complementary shapes, - a body of elongate support (10), which is adapted, at the same time, in order to carry such a way as the mobile element or elements of the suture, so that the two branches extend substantially along the longitudinal direction of the body, and to be introduced into the neck (2a) of the bladder (2), and - a mechanism (30) of stress of the element or elements of the suture, at least part of which is arranged so as to move in the body of the support and which is adapted to move and deform the or each element of the suture between a retracted configuration, in which the respective free ends of the two branches are disposed inside the body of the support, without cooperating with one another, and a deployed configuration, in which the free ends are disposed outside the body and are fixed to each other after having traversed transversally to the inside towards the outside, respectively, the wall of the neck of the bladder and the wall delimiting the orifice terminal (3a) of the urethra (3).
