PURPOSE: A rail for a magnetic levitation train and a method for installing the rail for the magnetic levitation train are provided to easily install a rail for a magnetic levitation train without a support, to minutely control a position of the rail, to reduce time for installing the rail, and to prevent the rail being easily separated from a pier. CONSTITUTION: A rail for a magnetic levitation train comprises a traveling support, a sleeper assembly(100), and a plinth(250). The travelling support comprises a seating groove(210) and a connection bar(230). The connection bar is projected to a periphery of the seating groove. The sleeper assembly comprises a sleeper(110), an upper vibration absorbing member(150), an upper fixing member(155), a lower vibration absorbing member(160), and a lower fixing member(165). An anchor bolt(130) is penetrated through the sleeper and the sleeper is arranged across a pair of rail members. The upper vibration absorbing member is joined to the upper part of the anchor bole, thereby absorbing vibration generated in the sleeper and rail members. The upper fixing member prevents the separation of the upper vibration absorbing member. The lower vibration absorbing member is joined to the lower part of the anchor bolt, thereby absorbing the vibration generated in the sleeper and rail members. The lower fixing member prevents the separation of the lower vibration absorbing member. The plinth is arranged in between the sleeper assembly and travelling support, thereby fixing the sleeper assembly to the travelling support.
