PURPOSE: A zero voltage discharge circuit including a parallel active switching device is provided to accurately test the performance of a secondary battery by connecting a second switching unit and a third switching unit in parallel to a secondary side of a transformer. CONSTITUTION: A first switching unit changes a DC voltage into a pulse waveform. A transformer(6) transforms the pulse waveform into an AC voltage which is smaller than the DC voltage. A second switching unit(10) and a third switching unit(11) control a switching operation to completely discharge the voltage of the secondary. A switching device actively controls the turn-on and turn-off by a control signal.
