PURPOSE: A formation method of polyurethane on the surface of glass microsphere and a polyurethane composite manufactured by the same are provided to increase adhesive force of polyurethane and inorganic filler by extending urethane bond of polyol and isocyanate functional group. CONSTITUTION: A formation method of polyurethane on the surface of glass microsphere comprises the following steps: introducing amine functional group and isocyanate functional group on the surface of the glass microsphere; and forming polyurethane on the surface of the glass microsphere through urethane bondage of the polyol and the isocyanate functional group. The amine functional group forms -N-CO-N- with the isocyanate functional group, and extends the urethane bond. The polyurethane composite comprises a body and a glass microsphere. The body is formed with polyurethane. The glass microsphere is added to the body and polyurethane is formed on the surface of the glass microsphere. The bonding interface connectivity of the body with the glass microsphere is increased.
