PURPOSE: A ready-mix concrete manufacturing method using wastewater sludge and a ready-mix concrete composition manufactured by the method are provided to increase recycle effects of wastewater sludge. CONSTITUTION: A ready-mix concrete manufacturing method using wastewater sludge comprises the following steps: drying the wastewater sludge until the water content ratio becomes 10-20%wt(s10); forming carbide by carbonizing the dried wastewater sludge(s20); pulverizing the carbide into the average granularity of 10-200 micro meters(s30); and forming ready-mix concrete by mixing the pulverized carbide, aggregate, cement, and water(s40).
