PURPOSE: An image photographing device, a method thereof, and a image information extracting device thereof are provided to supply images of a regular monitoring width regardless of a moving speed and a steering angle of a vehicle by resetting the focal distance.;CONSTITUTION: An image photographing unit(110) photographs an image. A first control unit(120) adjusts the focal distance of the image photographing unit according to a moving speed of a vehicle. A second control unit(130) resets the focal distance set by the first control unit according to a steering angle of the vehicle.
