PURPOSE: A resourcing method of dredged soil using anion-based mineral of natural inorganic materials and using bacillus microorganisms are provided to insolubilize heavy metals or toxic materials in deposited soil by stacking dredged soil, natural inorganic materials, and concentrated bacillus microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A resourcing method of dredged soil using anion-based mineral of natural inorganic materials and using bacillus microorganisms includes a digestion part(100), a water storing part(200), a settling part(300), and a water draining part(400). The digestion part digests organic materials and inorganic materials in dredged soil. The water storing part stores leachate from the digestion part. The settling part mixes and settles the leachate and natural inorganic materials. The water draining part drains water through the settling part.
