PURPOSE: A super-abrasive grinding device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a super-abrasive grinding particle by metallic bond by a brazing reactive metal.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool of ultra grinding property includes a wire rod(100) and an abrasive material layer(200). The wire rod material has a regular length. The wire rod has tension strength which is more than 35kg/mm2. The abrasive layer is formed in the circumference of the wire rod at a constant thickness.
