PURPOSE: An impact absorbent implant is provided to extend the life of the implant by preventing an abutment fixing screw from releasing and breaking using an impact absorbing material.;CONSTITUTION: An impact absorbent implant includes a fixture, a fixing screw(20), an impact absorbing material(30), and a pair of abutment upper and lower holders(40a, 40b). The fixture is implanted into the alveolar bone of a patient. The fixing screw is screw-combined from the upper part of the fixture. The impact absorbing material is combined by the fixing screw and is arranged in an artificial tooth. The impact absorbing material absorbs impacts transferred through the artificial tooth. The abutment upper and lower holders are combined around the fixing screw and enhance the combination of the impact absorbing material and the fixing screw.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
