PURPOSE: A moving object tracking performance improving system using a band pass filter is provided to improve moving object tracking performance by an optimized band pass filter, thereby improving tracking performance.;CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(100) receives a radio frequency generated by a moving object by dividing left circle type polarization and right circle type polarization. A polarization diversity combining unit(200) performs diversity combination of the left circle type polarization and the right circle type polarization received from the receiving unit. A band pass filter(300) selectively passes only a frequency of a specific band of a signal which passes through the polarization diversity combining unit.
