PURPOSE: A sensor network system based on a wireless power transmission, sensor node, and communication method thereof are provided to solve the unfairness problem of sensing data transmission amount according to a distance between a synchronization node and a sensor node. CONSTITUTION: An energy charging unit(501) receives power from a sink node. The energy charging unit charges energy. When the energy charging unit receives the same energy as the set threshold value, a channel competition unit(505) competes with other sensor nodes for transmitting data to the synchronization node. When the channel competition is success, a communication unit(509) transmits synchronization data to the synchronization node.
