PURPOSE: An inorganic putty using heat-generating color sand composition with waterproofing, thermal insulation and warm-keeping effects is provided to be applied to interior, exterior or crack part of buildings.;CONSTITUTION: An inorganic putty using heat-generating color sand composition comprises 5-50 wt% of heat generation color sand composition, 5-40 wt% of silica sol, 5-40 wt% of alkoxy silane, 5-20 wt% of alcohol, 0.5-6 wt% of acid, 1-10 wt% of fluorine resin, and 1-10 wt% of dispersing agent. A manufacturing method of the heat generation color sand composition comprises the following steps: agitating 1-20 parts by weight of aluminum, 1-20 parts by weight of silicon carbide, 1-30 parts by weight of dye, 5-40 parts by weight of binder and 1-10 parts by weight of anti-foaming agent based on 100 parts by weight of quartz and drying the mixture in order to form a first mixture; and mixing and agitating 1-15 parts by weight of zinc, 1-10 parts by weight of anti-foaming agent, 1-20 parts by weight of silicon carbide, 1-30 parts by weight of dye, 5-40 parts by weight of binder, 1-10 parts by weight of sodium silicate and 1-10 parts by weight of lithium silicate based on 100 parts by weight of the first mixture and drying the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
