PURPOSE: A mobile communication performance management system is provided to promote quality of a mobile communication network by collecting and analyzing performance indexes of a mobile communication apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A reception module(171) receives an equipment ID and current performance data of an apparatus. A comparison analysis module(172) compares a reference value and the current performance data. When the reception module receives access request data from the outside, an authentication module(175) compares the access request data with manager information corresponding to the apparatus. The authentication module transmits access permission data to a transmitter of the access request data.
