PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing an autophagy inducer for preventing and treating sepsis is provided to effectively prevent excessive inflammatory material secretion from macrophage.;CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating sepsis contains an autophagy inducer as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains a carrier, excipient, disintegrant, sweetener, coating agent, lubricant, flavoring agent, antioxidant, buffer solution, diluents, dispersing agent, surfactant, or binder.
