TAPE FEEDER AND A WINDING DEVICE FOR A COIL WINDING MACHINE CAPABLE OF RAPIDLY FINISHING WINDING AND INSULATING WORKS

PURPOSE: A tape feeder and a winding device for a coil winding machine are provided to automatically feed, wind, and cut an insulation tape after an automatic winding work by controlling the pre-inputted thickness and turning number of coils and the tuning number of the insulation tape.;CONSTITUTION: A tape feeder(1) and a winding device for a coil winding machine comprise a tape bonding support(17), an insulating tap fixing frame(14), tape tension maintaining devices(18,19), a tape pressing support(4), and a cutter(5). The tape feeder is interlocked with a pneumatic cylinder(11) operating downward. The tape bonding support is mounted on the tape feeder. The tape pressing support is interlocked with a pneumatic cylinder(13) laterally operating. The cutter is interlocked with a pneumatic cylinder(12) laterally operating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
