PURPOSE: An extraction method of shikimic acid is provided to extract a large amount of shikimic acid by using a high pressure liquid chromatogram which uses a flux liquid of which weight ratio of methanol and distilled water is 9:1 if the accumulated amount of the shikimic acid in specimen treated by N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine.;CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of shikimic acid comprises: a step of treating N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine under fatal concentration in a plant and a tissue culture; a step of putting the N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine-treated plant or tissue culture into alcohol, and heating and filtering the same; a centrifugation step of the filtered material to separate a supernatant; a step of treating the supernatant by methanol and distilled water with 9:1-4:6; and a step of extracting shikimic acid by using a high pressure liquid chromatogram.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Step of treating N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine under fatal concentration in a plant and tissue culture to extract specimen; (BB) Step of putting 2g of specimen into 20 ml of alcohol, heating, and diluting by adding water of 70-80 °C; (CC) Step of centrifuging at 12,500 rpm and 4 °C for 20 min; (DD) Step of extracting shikimic acid by using a high pressure liquid chromatogram
