PURPOSE: Manufacturing method of water-proof fabric with hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane covering layer of ultrathin film on at least one side of fabric air bubble and water-proof fabric manufactured thereby are provided to be useful on sportswear by enhancing the comfortness when worn and the water-proof fabric releases sweat from the body on the covering layer no matter how big the size of water molecule.;CONSTITUTION: A water-proof fabric manufacturing method comprises steps of: preparing fabric air bubble by processing water repellency and on the laminated side; forming hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane covering layer on one side of plating treated polyester film, and forming adhesive layer by placing pattern gravure roll on the covering layer and printing urethane adhesive; adding the laminated side of the fabric air bubble of the first process and adhesive layer of the second process, and drying at the heat drier; and exfoliating the polyester film. The Hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane covering layer is formed by at least one time of hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane resin is applied by blowing method. The hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane covering layer is formed by at least one time of hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane resin is applied by gravure roll. The hydrophilic non-porous alternating polyurethane resin has 10~300cps viscosity. Urethane adhesive is printed to 20~40% ratio based on the area of adhesive layer corresponded to pattern gravure roll.
