摘要

PURPOSE: A block for molding a dental implant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make an initial composition stable.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a block for molding a dental implant is as follows. Calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, and titanium oxide are mixed for 1-2 hours(S10). The mixture is pulverizes through a mill(S20). The pulverized compound powder is heated and is dried(S30). The compound powder is put into a high purity alumina crucible and is heat-treated for 2-3 hours(S40). The compound powder is melted at 1400 deg.C for 1 hour(S50). The melted compound is molded into a circular glass shaped body(S60). The shaped body is maintained at 500-550 deg.C for 1 hour(S70).
