FOLDING TYPE TREAD BOARD OF THE ELEVATOR FOR CHILDREN, OLD PEOPLE AND DISABLED TO REACH CONTROL PANEL OF ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: A tread-board of elevator is provided for children, the old people and the disabled to reach the control panel of an elevator, and to be used as a chair for them when unfolded without hampering other passengers' movements.;CONSTITUTION: A tread-board of an elevator includes a flat support plate(10), a hinge(20) and a rotation restricting unit(30). The flat support plate which is rotatable and supported by the hinge is installed onto the elevator wall. The rotation restricting unit limits the downward rotation of the support plate. The center of gravity of the support plate that contacts to the wall by rotating on the hinge is more closely positioned to the wall than the center of rotation on the hinge.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
