PURPOSE: An optical windows for controlling colors using metal nano-particles and method for manufacturing thereof are provided to remove the color of a specific wavelength region generated by a conductive film layer and to reduce a difference of the penetration rate between a conductive film layer and a non- conductive film layer.;CONSTITUTION: A transmittance control layer(640) is formed on a transparent substrate(610) where an optical control layer(620) and a conductive film layer are not formed. The transmittance control layer controls the penetration rate of the conductive film layer, the optical control layer and the transparent substrate.
