摘要

PURPOSE: An optical windows for controlling colors using metal nano-particles and method for manufacturing thereof are provided to remove the color of a specific wavelength region generated by a conductive film layer and to reduce a difference of the penetration rate between a conductive film layer and a non- conductive film layer.;CONSTITUTION: A transmittance control layer(640) is formed on a transparent substrate(610) where an optical control layer(620) and a conductive film layer are not formed. The transmittance control layer controls the penetration rate of the conductive film layer, the optical control layer and the transparent substrate. The transmittance control layer makes the penetration rates of their layers same or similar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
