PURPOSE: A twist mechanism for twisting a rotor blade for a rotorcraft and a blade are provided to twist a rotor blade through an extended surface of a rotor blade and to have high reliability and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A twist mechanism for twisting a rotor blade for a rotorcraft comprises a mounting structure(7), a twist member(8), and a driving assembly. The mounting structure installs the twist mechanism in a blade(2). The twist member comprises a coupling unit(9) which is coupled to the blade. The driving assembly moves the twist member and comprises an actuator(11) and a power transmission unit(12). The power transmission unit transmits moving force generated by the actuator to the twist member.
