PURPOSE: Pipe construction equipment and a construction method using the same are provided to integrally weld multiple pipes to each other in a position regardless of the existence of struts.;CONSTITUTION: Pipe construction equipment comprises a lift device(110) and a propulsion device. The lift device is installed on a construction site and comprises a lift(200). The lift supports multiple pipes integrally welded to each other and locates the pipes on the construction site.
