PURPOSE: A diamond cutting tip molding apparatus is provided to accurately plant diamonds and enable zigzag arrangement of diamond particles.;CONSTITUTION: A diamond cutting tip molding apparatus comprises a table, a metal powder feeder, a supply head(130), a head transfer unit(140), and a head lifting unit(150). The supply head has vacuum holes in which respective insertion pins(134) are installed at intervals to plant diamond particles, vacuum-sucked to the bottom of the vacuum holes, in metal powder in a molding cavity. The head transfer unit reciprocates the supply head between the top of a diamond particle storage part and the top of the molding cavity. The head lifting unit vacuum-sucks diamond particles at the top of the diamond particle storage part or lifts the supply head in the molding cavity to plant diamond particles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
