PURPOSE: A flexible dye-sensitized solar cell using a transparent polymer film, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate carrying and installation by forming the solar cell without a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectrode(100) is formed into a mesh structure. A counter electrode(200) is separated from the photoelectrode. A semiconductor oxide(300) forms a porous particle layer by being deposited on the photoelectrode. A dye is absorbed on the particle surface of the semiconductor oxide. A catalyst medium is coated on the counter electrode.
