PURPOSE: A hollow core slab for improving non-module responsiveness and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce the number of lifting, increase productivity, improve integrity with a topping concrete, reinforce an end portion, and improve horizontal shear capacity.;CONSTITUTION: A hollow core slab(10) for improving non-module responsiveness and horizontal shear capacity includes a slab body(12) and a cutting hole(122). The slab body is manufactured with a precast concrete by paving numbers of tendons. At least one hollow core(121) longitudinally passes through the slab body and is formed on the slab body in width direction.
