PURPOSE: A device of optical coherence tomography and a method using the same are provided to scan the retina and cornea rapidly by adjusting a focus rapidly.;CONSTITUTION: The first light division means(20) divides beam outputted from a light source into a reference beam and a sample beam. A condensing lens(41) is selectively arranged or removed in the optical path. The first reference mirror and the second reference mirror reflect the reference beam incoming from the first light division means. A selective penetration means penetrates the reference beam incoming to the first reference mirror(31).
