PURPOSE: A marker composition containing pentraxin 3 proteins for diagnosing Parkinson's disease is provided to detect pentraxin 3 protein expresion change and to diagnose and predict Parsinson's disease.;CONSTITUTION: A marker composition for diagnosing Parkinson's diseases contains pentraxin 3 proteins with an amino acid of sequence number 1. The expression of the protein is increased in the blood of patients in a Parkinson's disease patient group, in comparson to patient groups with Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairments. A composition for diagnosing Parkinson's disease contains an antibody for the protein as an active ingredient. The antibody is a polyclonal or monoclonal antibody.
