PURPOSE: A ribbon wire rolling device of a ribbon wire manufacturing apparatus is provided to produce precise, uniform ribbon wires by measuring the thickness of a rolled ribbon wire in real time and automatically regulating the gap between top and bottom rollers.;CONSTITUTION: A ribbon wire rolling device of a ribbon wire manufacturing apparatus comprises top and bottom rollers(210,210a), a thickness measuring sensor, a top roller operating unit(220), and a control unit. Top/bottom roller blocks(215,215a) are installed on both ends of the top and bottom rollers. The thickness measuring sensor measures the thickness of a ribbon wire discharged from the top and bottom rollers in real time. The top roller operating unit is operated according to the measurement of the thickness measuring sensor to regulate the gap between the top and bottom rollers. The control unit is installed between the top roller operating unit and the thickness measuring sensor and controls the operating amount of the top roller operating unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
