PURPOSE: A canister purge apparatus and a method thereof for vehicles are provided to improve fuel efficiency as a section where an engine is artificially operated is reduced.;CONSTITUTION: A canister purge apparatus for vehicles comprises a canister(20), a first valve(30), a second valve(40), a third valve(50), a pump(60), and a control unit(70). The third valve is placed in a collecting pipeline which connects a fuel tank to the canister, and adjusts the amount of collected gas. The pump is placed in an air pipes line, and pressurizes the outside air in the canister. The control unit purges evaporation gas collected in the canister to an exhaust system by opening the second valve.
