PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a bezel for a display panel by using mold casting and the bezel for the display panel manufactured by the same are provided to easily form 3D patterns on a surface of the bezel for the display panel because the 3D pattern are transferred on a hardened article at the same time with hardening a raw material.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bezel for a display panel by using mold casting is as follows. A lower mold(210) having 3D patterns for forming a surface shape of the bezel of a forming surface(215) is prepared. A gasket is joined to a rim of the forming surface of the lower mold. An upper mold(410) having a raw material injection unit is joined to the gasket of the lower mold. A polymer material of the bezel is injected through the raw material injection unit of the upper mold. The 3D patterns formed on the forming surface of the lower mold are projected while hardening a high molecular substance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
