PURPOSE: A micro fiber laser resonator based on a saturable absorber mirror and an optical filter is provided to obtain a relatively high yield by providing a high repetition rate in comparison of a micro laser of a bulk type. CONSTITUTION: Output light from a pumping light source(301) comprising a laser diode is outputted through a light coupler from an oscillator. Pump light is absorbed in an ytterbium added optical fiber(303) while being entered in the oscillator through a wavelength splitter(300). Partial light is oscillated in output passing through a light coupler(302). The light oscillating the rest of the oscillator passes a wave plate(304) and a light shielding unit(305). A horizontal polarization component is clipped in both ends of a spectrum passing through an optical filter(306). The clipped horizontal polarization ingredient enters a lens(309) and a saturable absorber mirror(310) passing through a polarizing beam splitter(307) and a /4 wave plate(308).
