PURPOSE: A monitoring and management system of power cable is provided to suppress the rise of labor cost for management of a power cable and improve the efficiency of maintenance.;CONSTITUTION: A monitoring and management system of power cable(100) comprises a power cable management device(102), a transceiver(104), and a central control center(106). The power cable management device is provided on the ground at each certain place. The power cable management device measures the tension value, the vibration value, or the approach state at each certain place and collects the current values and state of the same in case of a deviation from a fixed range. The transceiver performs communication with the power cable management device.
