PURPOSE: A tile-based rendering device using tile proximity and a device thereof are provided to dynamically distribute tiles to fragment processors according to a sequence determined based on proximity between the tiles. CONSTITUTION: An image processing device determines a sequence between tiles based on proximity between the tiles(610). The image processing device selects a processing target tile according to the determined sequence(620). The image processing device allocates the selected tile to an idle fragment processor among fragment processors(640,650). The fragment processor including the tile renders the selected tile(670).
