PURPOSE: A rotary mascara is provided to control the rotary speed of the mascara and the dispensing amount of mascara liquid to a mascara brush.;CONSTITUTION: A vibrating mascara includes a power supplying part(280), a circuit board(270), a rotary motor(260), a mascara cap(230), a mascara supporting rod(220), an internal case(240), an external case(250), and a manipulating button(290). The power supplying part supplies power. The circuit board is equipped with a switching circuit. The rotary motor rotates the mascara supporting rod. A hole is formed at the center of the mascara cap. The power supplying part, the circuit board, and the rotary motor are covered with the internal case. The mascara supporting rod is connected to the rotary motor. The external case surrounds the mascara cap and the internal case. The manipulating button operates the rotary motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
